Extremely spacious room, a hairdryer, terry dressing gowns, and a shower cap in the room. Marvellous and perfect location of the hotel, really close to Abidjan and the restaurant. Also, in the area in the evening or weekends.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, with easy access to other areas of Abidjan. The staff were always friendly and willing to assist with any requests. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and all necessary amenities. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the view from the room was stunning. The hotel also had a pool and gym facilities, which were an added bonus for relaxation and exercise.
The fluctuation in rates and lack of transparency regarding pricing changes were a major inconvenience and caused unnecessary stress during our stay.

The hotel's location is really convenient since it's within walking distance from a famous landmark. the area around the hotel can be unsafe after dark, and guests should take precautions. the rooms are quite spacious but can be a bit outdated, and the bathroom could use some renovation. the breakfast spread is highly enjoyable, with a lot of different options to choose from. the staff is always very polite and helpful and provides excellent service.
The hotel's facilities and security checks could be improved.

Great location in the center of the city surrounded by important offices and banks. Staff was welcoming and helpful during my stay. The food was delicious, I especially enjoyed dining at the poolside restaurant.
The gym was quite expensive to use, and there were issues with the power going out in the mornings. The security system was strict and guests had to get out of their cars to be searched each time they entered.

Spent a fantastic weekend at a hotel in the city, the hotel location couldn't be better. We easily walked to many shops, bars, and restaurants. the room was very clean and spacious, I appreciated the view of the city from my window. the best part of this hotel was the pool bar and pool; it was perfect to relax by the pool all day with great drinks and snacks, such as freshly made fruit daiquiris and delicious burgers. the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were surprised by the free buffet breakfast and the fast room service. Highly recommended!
It's unfortunate that the hotel had some cons to our experience, including the high prices in a la carte. Another disadvantage was that our room was not ready upon arrival and we had to wait a little too long.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing great service. The hotel facilities, particularly the pool, were well-maintained and clean. The location in the city was convenient, with a bank and pharmacy right across the hotel, and great restaurants within walking distance. The airport shuttle was a highlight, providing wifi and efficient transportation to the hotel in just 20 minutes, depending on traffic. the gym on the top floor had a fine view of the lagoon and enough equipment for a good workout.
Nothing negative to say.
